 * I’m trying to follow these instructions for setting up a twitter api key:

 * When I visit the elevated access page on twitter ( [https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/products/elevated](https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/products/elevated))
   it always redirects to [https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/products/](https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/products/)
   so I can’t apply.
 * How can I get around this?

 * Elevated access used to be a thing a while ago. You should skip that and move
   to the next step. Let me know if you face any other problem.
