The Mail Mint plugin is encountering an issue where form submissions fail, resulting in a 500 error. Additionally, the automation email is not being triggered upon form submission.

Hi @ruchi747 , can you check if you have the latest version of Mail Mint, then it should be fixed.

Can you check if your Mail Mint version is 1.17.1? If not, please update, clear cache, and try again.

Yes, I have latest versions of mail mint and mail mint pro.
I have cleared cache many times.
