    Hello everyone!

    The Problem:

Naturally, after installing this plugin, you see it working instantly, just like I saw in tutorials. But on my site, after installing it, that’s not what happened… I don’t know why, but it doesn’t list any pages or display the results. Could WP Fastest Cache be responsible?

To make sure that the problem is real, I installed it on another site of mine, also with WP Fastest Cache and Wordfence only. The same error persisted.

What can I do to make it work?

This is an excellent plugin, very useful and really a gateway for those who don’t want to spend money. I’ll feel great seeing it working on my site.

I await your answers. Thank you.

    Hi @francerrique.

Could you please specify the exact error, if there is one?
Or, is it not an error, but rather a question about heatmap data not being recorded?

If it’s the latter, is the plugin installed on a site with actual traffic?
Heatmaps are intended for understanding user behavior trends, not for absolute counts.
Aurora Heatmap selects data to record using a specific algorithm to enhance data reliability.
The number of recorded items is also affected by the precision settings.
    Administrator access is not recorded.

Again, it needs to be installed on a site with actual traffic.

If you suspect compatibility issues with caching plugins, please refer to this.

Since I haven’t heard back from you in a while, I’m marking this as resolved.
If you have further questions, you can start a new thread.
    Your report was very helpful.
    Thank you.
