Web exploration is not responding

We have many websites, and when installing Complianz it has already happened to us that it gets stuck at 73%.

It has been like this for a few weeks now and it is not responding. We thought it would be solved quickly, but we can see it is taking longer than expected. I have seen that other people are experiencing the same issue.

In case it helps, I’m leaving here the error I get in the console:
