• When I elect to use Google Drive as remote storage, there’s no indication in your UI which Google userid the backup is stored in. This is a problem for me because I work with multiple organizations. The Google account used isn’t going to be mine, but should be one belonging to the organization and that I can confirm we have access to, in case we totally lose the web hosting and need to get the backup not through your UI.

In your settings, there’s no way for me to see whether the account we’re using for backup is a reasonable one — e.g. that it’s not a personal account belonging to someone who’s left the organization or died or whatever.

Without any display of which account has these backup files, I’m reduced to contacting everyone in the “management” of the organization to ask them whether they know where the backup files are (hint: they do not) and to ask them to check their own Google drive contents for whether they might happen to be there.

    Hello @tylertork

    Thanks for your feedback.

WPvivid already offers an option to alias cloud storage to help users identify exactly which account a destination belongs to. Please refer to this screenshot.

There is also an advanced backup filter based on each individual cloud storage account in the pro version that can meet more complex scenarios like yours.

These features are specifically designed to help manage and verify distinct storage paths for multiple clients or organizations more efficiently. Please feel free to give them a try as needed.

    All the best,
